Cannot perform operation under commitment control.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The following operations cannot be performed under commitment control with COMMIT(*CHG), COMMIT(*CS), or COMMIT(*ALL) specified:
-- DROP SCHEMA statement.
-- GRANT or REVOKE statement to an object that has an authority holder.
-- CREATE statement in SQL naming mode of an object that has an authority holder.
-- Drop of a text search index.
These operations cannot be committed or rolled back.
Recovery . . . : Specify COMMIT(*NONE), and try the statement again.
