Module &1 in program &3 in library &4 was not created as a distributed SQL module.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Module &1 in program &3 in library &4 was created without specifying a relational database for the RDB parameter on the CRTSQLxxxI command. The program was bound using module &1 in library &2.
Recovery . . . : Use the CRTSQLxxxI command to create the module and specify the name of the relational database server for the RDB parameter.
