Message : SQL6036
File list not built because no libraries available.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following conditions has occurred:
-- Before a file list can be built, a library must have been selected from the list of libraries. If a library was not selected, the list of libraries will be displayed first so that the selection or selections can be made. There are two factors that determine the list of libraries that will be available to select from. The first is the value that is in effect for the library option LIBOPT, that is used as the basis for building the list of libraries. The second is the value that is in effect for the list type LISTTYPE option, that can further limit the list of libraries available. There are currently no libraries that match the values specified by the current values of these two options. Since the library list cannot be built, it is impossible to select a library name to use as a basis for the building of the file list.
-- Authorization to the library or libraries has changed since the selections were made on the list of libraries.
-- Damage has occurred to the library or libraries.
-- More information may be available by pressing F10 (Display messages in job log) on this display.
Recovery . . . : Change the values that are in effect for each of the two parameters that are used to build the library list by using session services so that the library or libraries needed to work with will appear in the library list. Session services is available by pressing the F13 (Services) key on the Enter SQL Statements display. After the values have been changed, press F17 (Select files) again on the Enter SQL Statements display.
