Options 1, 2, and 3 not valid when member is *ALL.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When the member is set to *ALL, the output file must be an existing partitioned table. Only output file options 4 (Replace member) and 5 (Add to member) are valid.
Recovery . . . : If the output file is a partitioned table, specify a valid option. Otherwise change the member name to a value other than *ALL.
