Incorrect combination of parameter attributes specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Length or Scale must not be specified with a data-type of INTEGER, INT, SMALLINT, BIGINT, REAL, DOUBLE PRECISION, DOUBLE, DATE, TIME or TIMESTAMP.
Recovery . . . : Either change the Type field to another data-type or blank out the Length and Scale fields.
