COMMIT, ROLLBACK, or SAVEPOINT not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A COMMIT, ROLLBACK, or SAVEPOINT statement was issued, but commitment control is not active.
Recovery . . . : Change the commitment control level *NONE to *CHG, *CS, or *ALL. The SET TRANSACTION statement can be used to change the isolation level to something other than *NONE. Try the request again.
