TOSRCFILE and SRCFILE must be different files.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The TOSRCFILE parameter specifies the file name of the output source code. The file specified for this parameter is the same as the file specified for the SRCFILE parameter which contains the original source code. These two parameters can not refer to the same file.
Recovery . . . : Change the file name for the TOSRCFILE parameter. If using the same file name, make sure the library name for TOSRCFILE is not the same as the library for SRCFILE.
