&7 Compile at wrong level for SQL source.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The source member &2 file &1 in library &3 was created by a SQL precompile at version &11 release &12 modification level &13. The &7 compiler is at version &8 release &9 modification level &10. SQL programs can only be compiled when the compile is at the same release level as the SQL precompile. The original source member is &5 file &4 in library &6.
Recovery . . . : To create a program, specify source member &5 file &4 in library &6 for the CRTSQL&7 command. If the program is to be restored to the previous release, the TGTRLS parameter must be specified as *PRV or VxRxMx.
