Bus extension card &1 cannot be removed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The existence of bus extension card &1 was determined by the system; therefore, it cannot be removed. The user selected the remove option for a bus extension driver or receiver card that extends a bus. However, at least one card in an attached card enclosure was detected during the last initial program load (IPL). Cards used to extend a bus cannot be removed when the existence of additional card enclosures is determined by the system.
Recovery . . . : The remove function cannot be used for bus extension cards that are determined to connect to card enclosures containing cards that were detected since the last IPL.
