Cause . . . . . :
You issued a command which attempted to initialize and activate support for a communications protocol. The protocol was not started because an internal state is not valid. The type of the protocol that did not start is &2. The type of the protocol in an invalid state is &1.
Recovery . . . :
Attempt to restart the protocol of type &1. If the problem continues, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) CL command.

To restart the protocol of type TCP/IP, issue the End TCP/IP (ENDTCP) CL command followed by the Start TCP/IP (STRTCP) CL command.

To restart the protocol of type IP over SNA, issue the Change Network Attributes (CHGNETA) CL command, with the allow AnyNet support (ALWANYNET) parameter set to *NO, and then issue the command again with ALWANYNET set to *YES.
