TCP/IP Connectivity Utilities not installed.

Cause . . . . . :
The TCP/IP application servers were not started because the licensed program &1 IBM TCP/IP Connectivity Utilities for i is not installed.
Recovery . . . :
The TCP/IP application servers are part of IBM TCP/IP Connectivity Utilities which is not installed on this system. If you do not wish to use any of the TCP/IP application servers then nothing needs to be done.

To use any of the TCP/IP application servers, follow the steps listed below to install &1 on this system.
- Use the End TCP/IP (ENDTCP) command to end TCP/IP processing.
- Use the GO LICPGM command to display the Work with Licensed Programs menu and install &1.
- Use the Start TCP/IP (STRTCP) command to start TCP/IP processing and the TCP/IP application servers.
