Message : TCP1A1C
Start subsystem QSYS/QSYSWRK to complete &1 processing.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The TCP/IP command &1 was issued while the QSYS/QSYSWRK subsystem was not active. The processing for the &1 command is not complete until the jobs submitted to the QSYSWRK subsystem during &1 command processing are active.
Recovery . . . : Follow the steps below to activate the QSYSWRK subsystem. This enables the jobs submitted during &1 processing to start and completes &1 command processing.
- Use the command WRKACTJOB SBS(QSYSWRK) to determine the current status of the QSYSWRK subsystem. This command displays all the jobs currently running in the QSYSWRK subsystem.
- If the QSYSWRK subsystem is not active, use the Start Subsystem command STRSBS SBSD(QSYS/QSYSWRK) to start QSYSWRK from the subsystem description in library QSYS.
- If the QSYSWRK subsystem is active, use the End Subsystem command ENDSBS SBS(QSYSWRK) OPTION(*IMMED) to end the subsystem. After the subsystem has ended, use the command STRSBS SBSD(QSYS/QSYSWRK) to start it as described in the previous step.
Note: TCP/IP uses the QSYSWRK subsystem description in library QSYS to determine the status of QSYSWRK. QSYSWRK must be started from library QSYS for the TCP/IP server jobs to function correctly.

The steps above should correct this condition. If you continue to receive this message after following the steps above, report this problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command.
