STRTCPSVR not allowed. TCP/IP is not active.

Cause . . . . . :
The Start TCP/IP Server (STRTCPSVR) command was issued, however TCP/IP is not active on your system. Either TCP/IP or AnyNet must be active on your system before the STRTCPSVR command can be used.
Recovery . . . :
Activate TCP/IP or AnyNet and then try the STRTCPSVR command again.

- To activate TCP/IP, use the Start TCP/IP (STRTCP) command.
- To activate AnyNet, use the following Change Network Attributes command:
CHGNETA ALWANYNET(*YES)
