SERVER parameter value must match RESTART parameter value.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : In order to do a restart of the server, the values specified for both the server (SERVER) parameter and the restart (RESTART) parameter must be the same.
Recovery . . . : Change either the SERVER parameter value or the RESTART parameter value and try the command again.
