Files have different record lengths.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The specified from file (FROMFILE) &1 in library &2 and the specified to file (TOFILE) &3 in library &4 have different record lengths. Data at the end of records in the TOFILE may be truncated.
Recovery . . . : Make sure that the TOFILE record length is large enough to contain the FROMFILE records. If truncation of data occurs in the TOFILE, do the following in this order:
-- Delete the TOFILE using the Delete File (DLTF) CL command.
-- Re-create the TOFILE with the same record length as that of the FROMFILE using the Create Source Physical File (CRTSRCPF) CL command.
-- Try the request again.
