The TELNET server port not configured.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The TELNET port was not defined in the TCP/IP services database, so default port value of &1 is being used.
Recovery . . . : Use the ADDSRVTBLE command and specify 'telnet' for the SERVICE parameter to add the TELNET port to the TCP/IP services database.
