Error accessing configuration member.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while accessing configuration member &1 in file &3 in library &2 because of reason &5. The reason codes are:
1 - An unexpected end of file condition was detected.
2 - See the previously listed messages in the job log.
Recovery . . . : Do the following in this order:
1. Issue the &4 CL command.
2. If the command fails, then do one of the following:
-- Restore &3 from a saved copy
-- Delete &3 from &2 and prompt for the &4 CL command to create &3 in &2.
3. After &3 is restored or created, then check the values on the &4 CL command prompt to ensure the values selected are acceptable.
4. If the values are not acceptable, then change the values by issuing the &4 CL command.
