Easy Authorization Management for SAP

Definition

This authorization object controls if a user is allowed to create, display or delete a reference object of a quality issue, change request or activity. It also controls if a user is allowed to change the attributes of the reference object, for example, the comment of the reference object, the reference system (only at subitem and activity level).

• Object Type

• Activity (Create, Change, Delete, Display, Search by F4-Help):

• Create means the assignment of existing objects (for example, material, customer) as reference objects.

• Delete means the deletion of the reference only. The reference object still exists.

• Additional attribute field 1

• Additional attribute field 2

• Additional attribute field 3

The usage of this three additional fields depends on the specific object type.
