Definition

This object controls the authorization for create, change, display, delete, post, simulate, copy or reverse, correction of rejects, park, and upload for the Manual Accounting Document transaction and copy or reverse for analysis report.

Defined fields

• ACTVT

• 01 - Create

• 02 - Change

• 03 - Display

• 06 - Delete

• 10 - Post

• 48 - Simulate

• 90 - Copy

This is used to copy and reverse manual accounting document.

• 96 - Reject

• D1 - Copy

This is for the analysis report and is used to copy and reverse system valued accounting documents.

• G5 - Park

• G6 - Transfer Budget

• UL - Upload

• BUKRS

If you want to use this authorization, proceed as follows:

• For create and upload authorization, only the ACTVT field needs to be passed (01 and UL respectively).

• For other authorizations, both the ACTVT and BUKRS fields need to be passed.
