/SALM/RATR - Authorization to Reassign Transport Request

Definition
The purpose of this authorization object is to prevent unwanted execution of transport reassignments between different changes. It is checked when this activity is performed through the available reports and directly from change documents.
It will always be checked at least when the reassignment is really executed through the central interface.
Is this is a critical activity it should only be assigned to users which fulfill the organizational criteria to do such changes.
If TA Code /SALM/RATR should be used also this must be added
Guideline: The authorization should only be granted to change manager roles, release manager roles, SAP Basis , potentially SCRUM Masters
Defined fields
The only field of this authorization object is ACTVT which represents the activity of execution of the reassignment. The only possible value is 65 (Reorganize).
