Definition
Define access to catalog services of Simple IT Request application which are assigned to authorization groups.
Services of Simple IT Request can be assigned to authorization groups in order to restrict visibility of services in the service catalog. Authorization groups can be defined in customizing table /SALM/ITSM_SSRAG (see IMG path SAP Solution Manager -> Focused Build -> IT Service Management Extensions -> Simple IT Request)
Defined fields
/SALM/SSRG,,Authorization Group. Put in ID of authorization group as defined in customizing (see above). This will allow access to the submitted authorization group.
