Definition
Authorization for Postprocessing Office and Postprocessing Desktop. You can define who can execute which actions for the postprocessing orders of specific business processes
Defined fields
- SAPPO/CMP:Software component in PPO
- SAPPO/BPR:Business process in PPO (a business process is only unique in combination with a software component)
- ACTVT:Activity to be executed, possible values are:
- 02: Changing a postprocessing order
- 03: Displaying a postprocessing order
- A8: Processing mass data
- B2 Closing technically: This activity enables you to technically close orders for which actions have been defined for their completion, even though the action has not been executed. This activity should only be possible for administrators. For example, after an upgrade, this makes it possible to close postprocessing orders that can no longer be closed by the supported actions.
- 70 Administration, Administration: This activity permits you to create or modify notes about the processing of postprocessing orders into messages in the error log from PPO Desktop.
