Ability to separate authorizations for demand operations vs candidate operations
Demand authorization is linked to the RM Groups (Planning nodes).
Candidate authorization is linked to the Resource Groups (Profit Center nodes).
All demand level operations are verified via the RM Group authorization.
All candidate level operations are verified via the Resoure Group. authorization
