C_APO_VERS - APO Authorization Object: Planning Versions

Definition
The authorization object C_APO_VERS controls the authorization checks in the master data area Planning Version.
Defined fields
This authorization applies to the following fields:
- ACTVT: Activity
- APO_KENN: Key figure active/ key figure inactive
- This indicator authorizes the user to work with active and/or inactive versions.
- Active (A) means that you can ONLY change the active version
- Inactive (I) means that you can change ALL versions apart from the active version
- Both (*) means that you can change ALL versions
- APO_VERS: Planning version (operative or simulative)
- This entry defines the versions to which the authorization applies. For example, you could authorize one user to work with versions 1 and 2 and another to work with 2 and 3.
- APO_MOD: Model name in the Supply Chain Network
- This entry defines the models to which the individual versions belong.
- APO_APKZ: Application indicator for APO applications (SNP, ATP etc.)
- This entry defines the application to which the planning version belongs (for example DP or PP/DS).
Activities:
The user can be authorized for the following activities:
- 01 Create
- 02 Change
- 03 Display
- 06 Delete
- 16 Execute.
