C_CRMBWTGT - Releasing Data Targets for the BW Upload

Definition
Authorization to display or edit data in the IMG activity Release Data Targets for BW Upload (transaction CRMBWTARGETS) and to select this data in the definition of the analysis process for the data transfer in SAP BW.
Defined fields
ACTVT:
- "03" Display: Transaction CRMBWTARGETS can be called up but the data displayed cannot be changed.
- "21" Transport: This authorization allows you to transport a data target (for example, from your development system or your test system to your production system). The prerequisite for this, however, is that transports are permitted for data targets of the corresponding data target adapters in the IMG activity Edit Data Targets for the BW Upload.
- This authorization should not be issued in the production system. Users without this authorization can still make entries (provided they have that authorization) but they cannot transport those entries.
- "23" Maintain: Transaction CRMBWTARGETS can be called up, as with "03", but new entries can also be made and existing entries can be changed or deleted.
- "36" Extended Maintenance: Same as "23", plus authorization to maintain the fields "MSA Update" and "Update Function Module".
- "68" Model: Data targets and attributes can be selected in SAP BW during the definition of the analysis process for the data transfer.
- "UL" Upload: Data can be sent from SAP BW to SAP CRM.
TARGETS:
Enter the permitted data target adapters. The actions entered for ACTVT are only permitted for these data targets.
Exceptions:
- You do not have to enter the data target adapters Business Partner Attributes (BP_ACRM) and Business Partner Attributes - Texts (BP_ACRM_TEXT) under TARGETS since no other authorization check occurs for these data targets. It is sufficient to maintain the field ACTVT.
- If authorization ACTVT "03", "23", or "36" exists, then data target adapters are displayed in the transaction CRMBWTARGETS even when there is no authorization for TARGETS. However, the data cannot be maintained.
