Definition
You can use this authorization object to release and prevent unauthorized processing of iPPE alternatives, depending on the alternative type.
The check is executed when
- Reading iPPE alternatives
- Processing iPPE alternatives
- Deleting iPPE alternatives
An iPPE alternative can only be accessed when the check for the authorization objects C_PVS_PAID (iPPE alternative: external key) and C_PVS_PATY have been executed successfully.

- APPLOBJTYP:
- The application an object belongs to, such as
- ACT:,,,,Process structure
- CMP:,,,,Product structure
- PATYPE:
- Alternative type in iPPE that is defined in the IMG activity Define iPPE Alternatives (transaction: OPPE04).
