Easy Authorization Management for SAP

EDOBR_GATE - eDocument Brazil: Authorization for Gate Monitor

Definition

You use this authorization object to assign access to the eDocument Brazil: Gate Monitor (EDOC_BR_GATE_MONITOR) transaction. Users of the transaction are gatekeepers, and you grant access for each user based on company code and plant.

This authorization object works at the individual document level. For example:

• The gatekeeper enters two CT-es in the transaction.

• One of these CT-es is expected to arrive at another gate/plant, for which the user has no authorization.

• The system displays a message that the user has no authorization to process that CT-e and its referenced NF-es.

This authorization object resides in the CA-GTF-CSC-EDO-BR component.
