Definition

Specifies the authorization object that enables you to manage incidents in Environment, Health, and Safety. With this authorization object, you can grant access to incidents depending on their group definitions.

This authorization object extends the EHHSS_INC6 authorization object.

Defined fields

The following table contains the fields for the authorization object and their possible values. The values are automatically imported from the configuration of the corresponding Customizing activities.

• You can also check Customizing under Environment, Health, and Safety for the settings of the following fields:

• NM_GROUP: Specify Near Miss Groups

• SO_GROUP: Specify Safety Observation Groups

• INC_GROUP: Specify Incident Groups

• The non-mandatory fields NM_GROUP, SO_GROUP, and INC_GROUPare used to specify the groups that the user can manage. For each role that uses the EHHSS_INC7 authorization object you can define the following in the authorization data:

• If the user is authorized to manage specific near misses, safety observations, or incidents by group, define the relevant values in the NM_GROUP, SO_GROUP, or INC_GROUP fields.

• If the user is authorized to manage any near misses, safety observations, or incidents, do not define any values for the NM_GROUP, SO_GROUP, and INC_GROUPfields. But mark the fields with an asterisk.

• If the user is authorized to manage near misses, safety observations, or incidents which are not assigned a group, do not define any values for the NM_GROUP, SO_GROUP, and INC_GROUP fields.

• Make sure that all incident groups except the deviation group (EHHSS_IGR_DEVIATION) are assigned to the Incident Manager role.

• Make sure that only the deviation group (EHHSS_IGR_DEVIATION) is assigned to the Environmental Manager role.
