FIAR_VEND - Authorization object for Argentina vendor exemption

Definition
Using this authorization object, you can prevent the editing of vendor master data.
In Argentina, you can process vendor exemption files by executing the Process Withholding Tax Exemption Files (RPFIWTAR_UPD_VEND_EXEMPTION) report. When you make an unauthorised change to the tax type-tax code combination, the vendor tax calculation is affected.
The authorisation object contains the Activity field. You take the possible input values for the activity field from the TACT table.
