Definition

This authorization object defines whether the user is authorized to execute the required activities in a project of type "Implementation of a Further Accounting Principle", "Implementation of Document Splitting" or "Manage Currencies".

In addition, users must be assigned to the authorization group FSIF.

Defined fields

The authorization fields of the authorization object are:

• MPROJ_TYPE: Mass Data Project - Type of Project

• ACTVT: Activity

Protected activities are

• 03: Display

• 16: Execute

Users must have the authorization for the activity 16: Execute for the following activities:

• Cockpit: All actions

• Complete Preparations: Set Preparations to Completed or Reset Preparations Completed

• Confirm Data Transfer (if relevant): Set Data Transfer to Confirmed or Reset Data Transfer Confirmed

• Complete Project: Set Project to Completed

• C5: Reopen

Users must have the authorization for the activity C5: Reopen in order to be able to reset a project of status Project Completed
