Definition

Using this authorization object, you determine which type of payment advice can be entered and edited.

Note

This authorization is optional. You therefore do not have to assign this authorization if no particular types of payment advice are to be protected.

Defined fields

The object consists of the "Authorization group" and "Activity" fields. The authorization group is a freely-assignable attribute of the payment advice type. You take the possible input values for the "Activities" field from Table TACTZ.

Procedure

If you want to use this authorization, proceed as follows:

• Specify an authorization group for the payment advice types which are to be protected.

• Define the authorization which you want to assign to selected employees by listing the authorization groups and the activities allowed.

• Assign this authorization using the corresponding profile.
