Definition
Using this authorization object, you determine the functional areas withwhich line items can be posted and displayed in reports.
Defined fields
The object consists of the “Functional Area” and “Activity” fields.
Permitted activities (table TACTZ):
- 01 Create (= Post),
- 02 Change,
- 03 Display (= Report),
- 08 Display change documents
- 77 Pre-Enter (= Park).
- F4 Read authorization in input help.
If the user already has display (03), they automatically also receive read authorization in input helps without needing to be assigned this explicitly.
