Loans
The user requires this authorization to change conditions if postings have already been made for the loan.
This allows you to authorize a smaller group of users to make changes to loans that involve conditions than would be possible if you used the general change authorization.
If changes are made to conditions after postings have been made, the user must have more in-depth knowledge of the application. An example of this would be changes to interest conditions without adjusting interest that has already been posted. These interest flows may need to be reversed first.
If postings have already been made for the loan, this authorization is checked in addition to the change authorization for the loan. In other words, the user must have all the other authorizations required for changing loans.
If the user does not have this authorization, changes to the loan are permitted with the exception of changes to the condition items. Changes can still be made to the payer/payee data in the condition items (payer/payee, bank type, payment method) or to the contract data, offer data or notice data for the condition. However, the user is prevented from changing the basic condition data and the condition items (exception: payer/payee data).
