Definition

You can use authorization object F_FICA_CVE to control authorizations for other activities relating to the rule maintenance of revenues increasing the budget and cover eligibility.

The check takes place for combinations of FM area and authorization groups of fund, funds center and commitment item.

In addition, fields Main group of authorization object and Secondary group of authorization object allow a different control of the authorization check.

Defined fields

The object consists of fields:

• Activity

• FM area

• Authorization group of fund

• Authorization group of funds center

• Authorization group of commitment item

• Main group of authorization object

• Subgroup of authorization object

The field Main group of authorization object can accept the following values:

• "RIB_01": Rules for revenues increasing the budget

• "RIB_02": Receiver FM account assignments of revenues increasing budget

• "RIB_03": Programs for distributing revenues increasing the budget

• "CVE_01": Expenditures FM account assignments subject to unilateral cover

• "CVE_02": Cover pools

• "CVE_03": Revenues FM account assignments subject to cover in the area of revenues increasing the budget
