Definition
You use this authorization object to define authorization groups, in order to be able to control a selective posting authorization for open posting periods or fiscal years of Funds Management under Open and Close Posting periods/Fiscal Years.
Use
If no authorization group is entered under Open and Close Posting Periods/Fiscal Years , no authorization check takes place for postings. As soon as you have defined an authorization group here, a posting authorization takes place in the respective posting periods or fiscal years.
