Easy Authorization Management for SAP

Definition

This authorization object enables you to define which standard conditions a user is allowed to edit, depending on the defined fields. The system checks the authorization object when you are maintaining standard conditions and in the corresponding BAPIs.

Checks in Programs / Function Modules / Transactions

The authorization object is checked in function module FICO_API_AUTH_CHECK. The function module is used in the following programs and function modules:

• Control of the screen display (FICO_CONTROL_NEW_COND_NAVIGATE)

• Transfer conditions from a list in the global memory (FICO_LIST_GET_COND_OF_LIST)

• Create a condition list (FICO_API_LIST_CREATE)

• Create a new condition (program SAPLFICOO0, method HANDLE_MENU_BUTTON)

• Change a condition list (FICO_API_LIST_CREATE)

• Copy a condition component (= validity period) (FICO_LIST_COPY_COMPONENT)

• Copy a condition (= all validity periods) (FICO_LIST_COPY_COND)

• Copy a condition group (FICO_LIST_COPY_LIST)

• Condition group type

• Condition type

• Backdated change to condition

If the indicator is set, the authorization profile permits backdated changes to conditions.
