Definition
With this authorization object, you define the contract accounts for which line items can be posted and processed.
Note
This authorization is optional.
The authorization group has an effect when you are working with master records as well as with accounts. If you want to assign this authorization for processing documents, you also have to assign an authorization for the corresponding authorization group for working with master records. This object is “F_KKVK_BEG”.
Defined fields
The object comprises the fields Authorization Group and Activity.
The authorization group can be freely assigned. The following authorizations are used:
01 For the generation of documents
02 For changing documents
02 For displaying documents
85 For reversing documents and for clearing reset
F4 for displaying a promise to pay in the value help
Procedure
If you wish to use this authorization, proceed as follows:
- Define the authorization you wish to give certain employees by listing the relevant authorization groups and activities.
- Assign this authorization using the relevant profile.
- In account master records that are to be particularly protected, enter an authorization group.
