Definition

Using this authorization object, you specify which master agreements a user can process and display.

Note

This authorization is optional.

Defined fields

The object comprises the fields Authorization Group and Activity. You can assign this authorization group as you wish. You can get the possible input values for the Activity field from table TACTZ.

Procedure

To assign this authorization, proceed as follows:

1. Define the authorization you wish to give certain employees by listing the allowed authorization groups and activities.
2. Assign this authorization using the relevant profile.
3. Enter an authorization group in master agreements that are to be especially protected.
