Definition
Protects access to work items by users (collection specialists).
Defined fields
In Financial Customer Care (FCC), collection specialists with the setting All Work Items can also search for work items that are assigned to another specialist or another group. If the specialist has the necessary change authorization, then he can assign the work items to himself.
The system checks the user's authorization for:
- Work items that are assigned to another specialist (field WIAGENT)
- Groups (field WIUNIT) that the user does not belong to
