Definition
With this authorization object, you can define authorization for individual field groups for prepaid accounts. You thereby specify which fields of the prepaid account are allowed to be changed or displayed by the user.
This authorization is optional. You do not have to issue it if there are no field groups that need extra security; in that case, you also do not have to enter any fields groups for authorization in Customizing.
Defined fields
The object comprises the fields Field Group and Activity.
- Field group
Here you decide to which field groups the authorization will apply
- Activity
Here you decide which activities are allowed.
02 = Change
03 = Display
* = All Activities
If you wish to use this authorization, proceed as follows:
- Determine the field groups of the fields you wish to protect.
- Define these field groups for authorization in Customizing.
- For the field groups, define the authorization you wish to issue to selected employees.
- Assign this authorization using the relevant profile.
