F_KKVK_BEG - FI-CA Contract Account: Authorization Group

Definition
With this authorization object, you specify which contract accounts can be processed and displayed.
Note
This authorization is optional.
If you have contract accounts that require special protection, you can enter a freely definable authorization group in them. In that case, only users that have the authorization object F_KKVK_BEG with the corresponding authorization group can access the account master record. Note that after an authorization group has been entered, the user also needs special authorization (F_KKKO_BEG) for posting transactions.
Defined fields
The object comprises the fields Authorization Group and Activity. The authorization group can be freely assigned.
Procedure
If you wish to use this authorization, proceed as follows:
- Define the authorization you wish to give certain employees by listing the relevant authorization groups and activities.
- Assign this authorization using the relevant profile.
- In account master records that are to be especially protected, enter an authorization group.
