Definition
With this authorization object, you can determine which security deposits can be processed or displayed.
Defined fields
The object comprises the fields authorization group and activity. The authorization group can be freely assigned. You can find out the possible entries for the field activity from the table TACTZ.
Procedure
If you wish to use this authorization, proceed as follows:
- Define the authorization you wish to give certain employees by listing the relevant authorization groups and activities.
- Assign the authorization to the corresponding profiles.
- Enter an authorization group into the security deposits that require particular protection.
