Definition
You use this authorization object to determine which activities are allowed for customer master records. You can define this authorization separately for the Financial Accounting (FI) and Sales and Distribution (SD) applications. If an employee is allowed to edit the master data for both applications, then he/she needs the authorization for both applications.
Defined fields
The object is defined with the fields "Activity" and "Application authorization".
1. Activity
Here, you determine which activities are allowed.
Possible values:
01 = Create
02 = Change
03 = Display
05 = Block/unblock
06 = Set deletion flag
08 = Display change documents
C1 = Maintain payment cards
C2 = Display payment cards
C8 = Confirm change (dual control)
F4 = Display in input help
* = All activities
2. Application Authorization
Here, you determine the applications for which the activities determined above are allowed.
Possible values:
F = Financial Accounting
V = Sales and Distribution
* = Both applications
