Definition

With this authorization object, you specify which standard reports can be used.

Note

This authorization is optional. If you do not have any standard reports that must be protected, you need not allocate this authorization.

Defined fields

The object consists of the "Authorization group" field.

Procedure

If you want to use this authorization, carry out the following three steps:

1. Enter a freely definable authorization group for the standard report to be protected.
2. Define the authorization that you want to allocate to selected members of the department by listing the authorized authorization groups.
3. Assign this authorization to the appropriate profile.
