Definition

You use authorization object F_ORGLCHG to grant authorizations to users who manage organizational changes.

Defined fields

The authorization object contains the following fields:

• Organizational Change

• Activity

You can allow one or more of the following actions:

• 01: Create

• 02: Change

• 03: Display

• 06: Delete

• 07: Activate

• 16: Execute (Corresponds to the Process action in the Manage Organizational Changes app.)

• 31: Confirm (Corresponds to the Complete action in the Manage Organizational Changes app.)

• 48: Simulate

Examples

You grant a user the following authorization:

Organizational Change	Activity
*	01, 02, 03

Here, the user is authorized to create, update, and display any organizational change.

You grant a user the following authorization:

Organizational Change	Activity
*	07, 48, 16, 31

Here, the user is authorized to run background jobs to activate, simulate, execute, and confirm any organizational change.
