Definition
Using this authorization object, you assign authorization groups to authorization levels. This enables you to control which actions a user is allowed to display and execute for prepaid accounts.
Defined fields
The object comprises the fields Authorization Group and Authorization Level. You can freely assign the authorization group. You can get the possible input values for the Authorization Level field from Customizing.
Procedure
- Specify which authorizations you want to assign to which employees.
- List the allowed authorization groups and assign them to the appropriate authorization levels.
- Assign the authorization to a profile.
