Definition
With this authorization object you define for which contract objects document items are posted and processed.
This authorization is optional.
The authorization group not only affects the processing of documents, but also the processing of master records.
If you assign this authorization for the processing of documents, you must also assign an authorization for the corresponding authorization group for the processing of master records. The corresponding authorization object is called F_PSOB_BEG.
If you want to use the authorization, proceed as follows:
- Define the authorization that you want to assign to a specific employee by listing the permitted authorization groups and activities.
- Assign this authorization using the corresponding profile.
- Enter an authorization group in account master records that should be especially protected.
Defined fields
The object consists of the fields authorization group and Activity.
The authorization group can be assigned as you wish. The authorization object should protect the following activities:
