Definition

You use authorization object F_RECN to specify which company codes and contract types allow particular activities related to real estate contracts.

In Release 4.6A, only the authorizations for tenant rental agreements (lease-in) are controlled with this object. For normal rental agreements (lease-out), the object FI_MIE_BUK is still valid.

Defined fields

1. BUKRS: Company code
2. SMVART: Contract type
   Possible values depending on Customizing
   etc.
3. ACTVT: Activity
   (see overview on authorization object)
   The following activities are only supported in RE-FX from Release 2.00:
   06,,Delete
   72,,Plan
4. The following activities are only supported in RE-FX from Release 602:

27,,Display totals records

1. The following activities are only supported in RE-FX from Release 605:
