Definition
With this authorization object, you can define authorizations for individual field groups for contract maintenance, thus specifying which fields can be maintained or displayed by a user.
Defined fields
The object consists of the fields "Field group" and "Activity".
1. Field group
Here you determine the field groups for the authorization.
2. Activity
Here you determine which activities are permitted.
02 = Change
03 = Display
* = All activities
Notes
This authorization is optional. You only have to assign it if you need to protect field groups particularly and have already defined field groups for the authorization in Customizing.
If you intend to use this authorization, proceed as follows:
- Determine the fields groups for the fields that you need to protect particularly
- Define these field groups for authorization in Customizing
- Define the authorization for the field group that you want to assign to selected employees
Assign this authorization using the corresponding profile
