Definition
Using this authorization object, you determine for which company codes the automated reprocessing rules for bank statements can be displayed or edited.
With this authorization, an employee can use the activities in these rules for one company code only. If a reprocessing rule is only used manually within the Manage Bank Statement Reprocessing Rules app, no special authorization is needed. This authorization is needed for automated reprocessing rules and for shared reprocessing rules.
Defined fields
The authorization object includes the following fields:
- Company Code
- Current Settings Type Code
- Activity
The following activities are permitted (table TACTZ):
- 02 Change
- 03 Display
The following current settings type code is permitted:
- 01 Automated Reprocessing Rules
- 02 Shared Bank Statement Reprocessing Rules
- 03 Use Templates for Reprocessing Rules
